Foot Skills

Club Atletico Saint Louis Bluebirds Skills Training provides a total Semi-Pro soccer experience.  Our players infuse their college level playing experience along with Club Atletico Head Coach, Ricardo Garza's coaching experience to blend a fun and exciting mix of soccer development.  The three areas of development are focused on, Finishing Skill, Foot Skill, and Goalkeeping Skills.

Finishing Skills Training

Finishing from crosses, chips, slipped passes, shaping shots, and creating angles to open up the goal .  1 hour session with targets. Space is limited.  

Goalkeeping Skills Training

Goalkeepers will work with our Club Atletico goalkeepers, working on footwork, distribution, shot stopping, catching techniques, collapse dives, and other keeper specific areas of the game. 

Foot Skills Training

Players will learn skills and techniques that are game related and transferable into their soccer games. Foot Skills training is focused on primarily improving the player’s technical skills such as dribbling, touch, passing, and awareness.
